You have 30 days after delivery to request a return. The item must be unused, complete, and in its original packaging. Used tools, missing parts, or items not in sellable condition may be refused or refunded only in part.
Email support@velmor-shop.com with your order number before sending anything back. Do not ship a return without approval.

Shipping charges are not refunded unless we sent the wrong item or the item arrived damaged. Refunds go to the original payment method after we inspect the return, usually within 5–10 business days of receipt.
