FAQ
All your questions, answered

Check the photos above to see how the rise and leg sit on the model.
Pick your usual size from the 5 options above. For the closest match, lay a similar pair you already own flat, measure it, and compare.
Between sizes? Size up for a relaxed fit or room to layer, and size down for a closer fit. If it does not fit, you can return it within 365 days of delivery.
Yes. Pair them with a tee and sneakers for everyday, or a blouse, blazer, and loafers for a more polished look.
Hand wash cold, or use a delicate cycle inside a mesh laundry bag, then hang to dry. Steam it, or iron on low through a pressing cloth. Always follow the care label on the garment if it says otherwise.
Yes. Every item is new. We do not sell returns, open-box, or refurbished goods as new.
We sell direct and skip the usual retail markup: sourcing agents, wholesalers, distributors, and storefronts. That is how the same kind of product can cost less here without cutting the materials.
Most US orders arrive in 3–8 business days: 1–2 days to process, then 2–6 days in transit. US shipping is free, and the total you see at payment is what you pay. A tracking number is emailed once your order ships.
We email a tracking number as soon as your package is scanned by the carrier. If you have not received it within 5 business days of ordering, email support@velmor-shop.com with your order number.
You have 365 days after delivery to request a return. The item must be unused, complete, and in its original packaging. Email support@velmor-shop.com with your order number before sending anything back. Refunds go to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days after we receive the return. See our refund policy.
Email support@velmor-shop.com with your order number and a photo of the item and packaging. If we sent the wrong item or it arrived damaged, we refund it in full, shipping included.
