Most US orders arrive in 3–8 business days: 1–2 days to process, then 2–6 days in transit. US shipping is free, and the total you see at payment is what you pay. A tracking number is emailed once your order ships.
We email a tracking number as soon as your package is scanned by the carrier. If you have not received it within 5 business days of ordering, email support@velmor-shop.com with your order number.
You have 365 days after delivery to request a return. The item must be unused, complete, and in its original packaging. Email support@velmor-shop.com with your order number before sending anything back. Refunds go to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days after we receive the return. See our refund policy.
Email support@velmor-shop.com with your order number and a photo of the item and packaging. If we sent the wrong item or it arrived damaged, we refund it in full, shipping included.
